Grifters is XCOPY's collection of 666 distorted digital characters on Ethereum, released in March 2022. The animated, neon-soaked portraits are the anonymous crypto-art pioneer's sharp-eyed depiction of the personalities drifting through the crypto art world — earnest, opportunistic, always ambiguous. XCOPY, minting on-chain since April 2018 with record 1/1 sales above 1,600 ETH, is one of the most culturally significant artists in NFT history, and all his solo works carry a CC0 license. With ~$34M lifetime volume, Grifters is his flagship editioned collection.
