NXT Drop

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

NXT Drop is a Web3 discovery platform that allows users to discover NFT and Web3 projects, creators, collections and community content, and to publish profile information, comments and posts on social features. NXT Drop is committed to protecting minors and has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

These Child Safety Standards describe NXT Drop's policy and the action NXT Drop takes when it obtains actual knowledge of prohibited CSAE or CSAM content or behavior on the Service.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

NXT Drop prohibits any user from:

  • Creating, uploading, sharing, promoting, soliciting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content that depicts or facilitates the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a minor;
  • Grooming, recruiting, trafficking, sextorting, or otherwise sexually exploiting or endangering minors;
  • Using the Service to contact, lure, coerce, or solicit a minor for sexual purposes or for any conduct that sexually exploits or endangers a minor;
  • Linking to, directing users toward, or facilitating access to any external content, resource, or service that constitutes or promotes the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of minors.

This prohibition applies to all content and behavior on NXT Drop, including profiles, projects, project images and descriptions, comments, social feed posts (Pulse and Alpha Feed), messages, links, and any other user-generated content.

2. Minimum Age

NXT Drop is not directed to children. Users must be 18 years of age or older to use NXT Drop, as stated in the NXT Drop Terms of Use. NXT Drop does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through NXT Drop, please contact us using the mechanism provided in the Contact section.

3. Action Taken on Prohibited Content

When NXT Drop obtains actual knowledge of prohibited CSAE or CSAM content or behavior on the Service, NXT Drop will take appropriate action, in accordance with these published standards and applicable law, including:

  • Removing the prohibited content from the Service;
  • Taking appropriate action against the account involved, which may include suspension or permanent termination of the account, without refund;
  • Preserving relevant information where necessary to comply with applicable legal obligations;
  • Reporting confirmed cases of CSAM or child exploitation to the appropriate regional or national authority, as required by applicable law.

NXT Drop may also act on content or accounts that it reasonably believes violate these standards, even before a report is confirmed.

4. How to Report a Safety Concern

Users can report a safety concern — including suspected CSAE or CSAM — without leaving NXT Drop, using the existing in-app reporting mechanisms:

  • Report a user or profile — open the user's profile page and use the report button located there;
  • Report a message — use the report action available on social feed (Pulse) messages;
  • Report any other content or concern — use the in-app Contact form and select the "Report" category.

Reports are reviewed by NXT Drop's moderation team. Please make reports in good faith and include enough detail for the team to locate and assess the content or account concerned.

5. Reporting to Authorities

Where NXT Drop obtains actual knowledge of confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material or child exploitation on the Service, NXT Drop will report the matter to the appropriate regional or national authority, as required by applicable law. NXT Drop may preserve and share information with the relevant authorities for the purpose of investigating and preventing the sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of minors.
